How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Token Touch Co. (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights. It is written to meet our obligations under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec customers, Law 25.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone (optional), shipping/recipient address, gift messages, and what you ordered.
- Account details: if you create an account — your name, email, and saved preferences or addresses.
- Payment: card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser; we do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To prepare, fulfill, and deliver your order and provide customer support.
- To send order and shipping updates.
- To send occasional marketing emails only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To operate and improve our shop, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the shop, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — secure database and account hosting.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — order and account emails.
- Flodesk — newsletter emails (only if you subscribe).
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, restrict access to your information, and keep it only as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to delete your account. To make a request or raise a concern, email tokentouchco@gmail.com and we’ll respond promptly. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information).
