Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada.

Preparation time

Every gift is assembled by hand in small batches, so we typically need 2–3 business days to prepare your order before it ships. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer — if so, we’ll let you know.

Delivery time

After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your province. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number the moment your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province and the weight of your order.
• Orders over $75 ship free.

Delays, lost, or undeliverable parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, and occasional delays can happen — especially around holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you may contact us to cancel and request a refund. If a parcel is lost or returned as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address), email us at tokentouchco@gmail.com and we’ll help make it right.
